Ashlee & Ryan | The Boardwalk Wedding

I had the pleasure of shooting Ashlee & Ryan’s Boardwalk Wedding last year, and I’m so excited to share it with you today on the blog. It was absolutely stunning and these two are so cute!

Ashlee & Ryan met at Summerfest street dance in Grafton 2014. Ashlee asked Ryan to dance and the rest was history! Ryan asked Ashlee to marry him on Christmas Eve, right after church. They walked back to their house in Hoople, where he insisted they open their presents to each other before they went to his parents house for his family Christmas. This is how Ashlee describes it: “He put a note written on a grocery list to me in a little box and at the end of the note it said “there’s one last thing…” and when I looked up Ryan kneeling with a ring. My answer was ‘finally!‘”

They were married in a little chapel with their closets friends and family, and spent the evening dancing the night away to celebrate together! I loved their whole Boardwalk wedding! Ashlee & Ryan, thanks for choosing me to be your North Dakota wedding photographer!! I wish you two nothing but the best!
