I met with Cassie & John for a downtown Minneapolis Engagement session! They took a weekend trip and flew here from western North Dakota! This day was a beautiful Fall day with a nice brisk temperature & fallen leaves everywhere! Midwest Summers can be super hot and humid, so once the Fall comes around we all get excited for colder days and wayyy less humidity! It’s the perfect time for a downtown Minneapolis engagement session!

We had a great time exploring the downtown area and having easygoing conversations! They are very down to earth people who make it easy to enjoy photograph! After walking some of the main streets in Minneapolis, we walked to a park right along the river that overlooks the Minneapolis skyline! This was right at sunset, the sun just happens to to set on the opposite side of the skyline! The light hits this area perfectly for portraits!

We had a great time during this Downtown Minneapolis engagement session and I’m so excited for their wedding this fall!
